Davies acted for Plenary Americas in its C$1.2-billion take-private acquisition of Information Services Corporation, a leading provider of public data registry and information management services, and its related engagement with the Government of Saskatchewan with respect to legislative amendments required to facilitate the transaction.
The acquisition brings together Plenary’s infrastructure investment and management expertise with ISC’s industry-leading registry operations, services and technology platform, positioning the combined organization for accelerated growth across Canada and the United States.
