We are pleased to welcome Stephanie Pasternyk as a partner to the Employment, Labour and Executive Compensation practice in Montréal.

Stephanie comes to Davies with a proven track record of navigating complex employment matters. Her practice includes advising leading employers in Québec on the many aspects of employment law. She works closely with public and private companies, private equity firms and insurance companies, providing strategic and innovative advice on employment matters in both buyer-side and seller-side transactions.

Prior to joining Davies, Stephanie practised employment law at the Montréal office of a prominent Canadian law firm.
