Jesany leads the strategic development, implementation and management of all professional development and continuing legal education initiatives for our students and lawyers.

In her role as Director of Professional Development, Jesany is dedicated to empowering and coaching legal talent throughout their careers. Responsible for overseeing all professional development and continuing legal education initiatives, she works to ensure that our lawyers in both Toronto and New York have access to comprehensive resources and the support they require to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Jesany also contributes to the firm’s client education programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning for the benefit of our clients and our lawyers.

Prior to joining Davies, Jesany practised as a corporate and securities lawyer at two international law firms, in New York and Miami, as well as at the Toronto office of a leading Canadian law firm.
