The deal expands AI-powered automation to IT solution providers

Davies acted for zofiQ in its sale to ConnectWise, a leading software and services provider to IT solution providers.

The transaction brings together zofiQ, a technology company in the managed services market focused on AI-enabled automation, with ConnectWise’s established platform, enhancing ConnectWise’s ability to support managed service providers as they respond to growing scale, operational complexity and increasing client expectations.
