Corey represents domestic and international clients in a wide array of complex and cross-border litigation, including commercial, class action, cybersecurity, insurance, fraud and regulatory matters. A resourceful and dedicated litigator, he has a proven track record of solving difficult problems and securing successful outcomes for clients.

Corey leverages his background and experience in cyber law to counsel clients on data breach response and litigation, cybersecurity governance and data privacy. He regularly acts as a breach coach to a variety of businesses, including highly regulated and global institutions, in relation to cyber incidents involving ransomware, supply chain attacks and unauthorized disclosure of personal information and sensitive commercial data.

Corey is the sole FraudNet Future representative for Québec of ICC FraudNet, an invitation-only global network of fraud and asset recovery legal specialists administered by the International Chamber of Commerce. Before joining Davies, Corey was a litigator and cybersecurity lawyer at the New York office of an international law firm. He previously clerked for the Honourable Justice Morris J. Fish at the Supreme Court of Canada.
