Davies Welcomes Partner Nikita Stepin to Technology Practice

We are pleased to announce that Nikita Stepin has joined the firm as a partner in the Technology group.

Nikita's practice encompasses all areas of commercial technology and intellectual property law. He provides legal advice and services related to corporate and commercial transactions involving technology and intellectual property rights. Having acted on both sides of multinational mergers and acquisitions, he has significant experience handling the intellectual property aspects, including due diligence, structuring transfers and protecting technology assets.
