First TSX-listed CVRs Could Pave Way for More Listings

Parties considering CVRs in public M&A have additional option to consider

Ghaith Sibai was recently interviewed for Law360 magazine in regard to gold mining company Agnico Eagle Mines Limited’s listing of contingent value rights (CVRs) on the Toronto Stock Exchange, marking the first time CVRs have been listed on a Canadian exchange.
