Patricia Olasker was elected fellow of the American College of Governance Counsel, the premier invitation-only honorary association for corporate governance lawyers in the United States and Canada. Chosen through a comprehensive peer-review process, these distinguished legal professionals exemplify outstanding expertise, achievements and sustained contributions to advancing the field of corporate governance law.
Patricia blends exceptional legal talent with an acute understanding of her clients’ business needs. She acts on many of Canada’s most complex mergers and acquisitions. Acquirers, targets and investors – both in Canada and abroad – rely on her unparalleled expertise. An adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, Patricia teaches the Advanced Business Law Workshop on mergers and acquisitions, and is the founder of AIDSbeat, one of the Toronto legal community’s largest charity events.
