Davies Welcomes New Partner Chanakya Sethi to Dispute Resolution Group

We are pleased to announce that Chanakya Sethi has joined Davies as a partner in the Dispute Resolution practice of our Toronto office.
Focused on complex civil litigation, Chan has helped to lead the defence of several bet-the-company, multibillion-dollar cases involving competition and class action claims. In addition, he has briefed or argued cutting-edge public law appeals. Chan’s broad-based trial and appellate experience also includes intellectual property disputes, international arbitration and white collar investigations.
Chan’s diverse, cross-border skill set will further strengthen our litigation team and reinforce our ability to relentlessly advocate for our clients on their most challenging matters.
