Anthony Arquin Talks to Les Affaires About the Pandemic’s Impact on Real Estate

Davies partner Anthony Arquin is quoted in two articles published (in French) in Les Affaires’ annual feature on the real estate market. According to Anthony, the market downturn caused by the pandemic has prompted several commercial property owners to reconsider the purpose of their real estate assets and focus on development projects that will maximize their value. He also notes that he is seeing existing commercial real estate assets being converted into mixed-use projects, including residential, a trend which he says is being observed across North America.
