Yara’s approach to tax law is informed by her experience in government.

Yara assists high-net-worth private individuals, family offices and private companies on strategic matters, including private wealth trusts, commercial trusts, estate planning structures, charitable and philanthropic giving structures and fiduciary arrangements.

Prior to joining Davies, Yara worked at the Canada Revenue Agency, the Minister of Justice and as an associate at a prominent law firm in Montréal.
