As Senior Director of Innovation and Knowledge Management in Montréal, Tania leads a team of highly skilled professionals who support our lawyers with in-depth research and knowledge sharing. Tania is responsible for driving the strategy to capture and leverage the firm’s intellectual capital. She works closely with lawyers and practice groups to develop tools and processes to meet their knowledge management needs and streamline the delivery of exceptional client service. By maintaining the organization and accuracy of our comprehensive library resources, Tania contributes significantly to delivering excellent and timely legal advice to our clients.

Before joining Davies, Tania worked at a national law firm for approximately 15 years, most recently as manager of creation and knowledge management and previously as a knowledge management and corporate transactional lawyer.
