Suzie performs due diligence searches in various public registers and coordinates searches for security on immovable and movable property, analyzes results and produces search reports. She conducts basic title searches in the Québec land registry and off-title searches with municipal and government organizations.

Suzie also prepares various forms for the register of personal and movable real rights and drafts documents for registration in the Québec land registry, such as notices of commercial leases and discharges.
