Amcor Flexibles LLC

Acted for Amcor Flexibles LLC in the US$215-million sale of its three healthcare manufacturing facilities to Tekni-Plex, a globally-integrated company focused on developing and manufacturing products for a wide variety of end markets, including medical, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, personal care, household and industrial.

PSP Investments

Acting for PSP Investments in the US$239.6-million acquisition by Clearwater U.S. Multi-Family (No. 2) Holding LP, a limited partnership formed by PSP and Daniel Drimmer (CEO and director of the general partner of the Clearwater Fund), of Starlight U.S. Multi-Family (No.1) Value-Add Fund's portfolio of three multi-family properties totalling 1,193 units located in the United States.

Minority Stockholder

Acted for a minority stockholder of a private company in a buyout of the majority stockholder of that company by way of a cross-border acquisition of all the assets of that company through both equity and debt financing from a private equity firm and an institutional lender.

PSP Investments

Acted for PSP Investments as a member in a consortium that purchased Vantage Data Centers, a leading provider of data center solutions in support of mission-critical applications, from Silver Lake. Other members of the consortium included Digital Bridge Holdings LLC and TIAA Investments.

Amcor Rigid Plastics USA, Inc.

Acted for Amcor Rigid Plastics USA, Inc. in connection with its US$280-million acquisition of the North American rigid plastics blow molding operations of Sonoco Products Company, a global packaging company based in the United States.

Amcor Limited

Acted for Amcor Limited in connection with its acquisition of Alusa, the largest flexible packaging business in South America, with operations in Chile, Argentina, Peru and Colombia.

Public Sector Pension Investment Board

Acted for Public Sector Pension Investment Board in connection with the acquisition by way of a joint venture with Henley Holding Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, of a 58 million square foot portfolio of core industrial properties held by investment funds owned and managed by Exeter Property Group for US $3.15 billion.

Amcor Limited

Acted for Amcor Limited in connection with its US$114.8-million acquisition of AGI-Shorewood's tobacco packaging operations in China, Mexico, South Korea and the United States. This deal was selected as Corporate/Strategic Acquisition of the Year (Over $100mm to $1 Billion) in 2013 by The M&A Advisor.

Amcor Flexibles Netherlands Holding B.V.

Acted for Amcor Flexibles Netherlands Holding B.V., a subsidiary of Amcor Limited, in connection with its US$40-million acquisition of the Aluprint, S. de R.L. de C.V. tobacco packaging plant in Mexico.

Novacap Industries III, L.P.

Acted for Novacap Industries III, L.P., a leading Canadian private equity and venture fund, in connection with its US$87-million acquisition of Idaho Pacific Holdings, Inc. and its Canadian and U.S. subsidiaries.

Amcor Limited

Acted for Amcor Limited in its acquisition of Alcan Packaging operations from Rio Tinto plc in 31 countries for approximately US$2 billion. The acquisition enhances Amcor's position as one of the world's leading packaging companies.

Cadim Inc.

Acted for Cadim Inc. (a division of Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec) in connection with its partnership arrangements with Westmont Hospitality Group and Cadbridge Investors LP, and acted for Cadbridge and InnVest REIT in connection with their joint negotiated takeover bid for Legacy Hotels REIT in a transaction valued at approximately $2.5 billion.

Cadim Inc.

Acted for Cadim Inc. (a division of Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec) in connection with its partnership arrangements with Westmont Hospitality Group and Citigroup in connection with their joint negotiated US$1.32 billion acquisition of Red Roof Inns Inc.

Hydro-Québec International and Fonds de solidarité des travailleurs du Québec

Acted for Hydro-Québec International and Fonds de solidarité des travailleurs du Québec in the sale of Consorcio TransMantaro SA to Interconexíon Eléctrica SA ESP and Empresa de Energía de Bogotá SA ESP in a transaction valued at $117.5 million.

Amcor Limited

Acted for Amcor Limited in the sale of its White Cap business in Europe, Asia, Brazil and the US to Silgan Holdings Inc. for a base price of $230 million.
