Louis develops knowledge management strategies to increase efficiencies and deliver exceptional client service.
As a knowledge management lawyer, Louis develops knowledge management content, including drafting and enhancing precedents and other resource materials for the firm’s litigation practice with a particular focus on civil law. He works closely with lawyers to provide practice support and facilitate the sharing of know-how and expertise. Louis is an active participant in external and internal thought leadership, providing the latest in legal developments to both lawyers and clients.
Before joining Davies, Louis clerked for the Right Honourable Richard Wagner, P.C., Chief Justice of Canada, at the Supreme Court of Canada. He also worked for two years as a law clerk at the Québec Court of Appeal, paired with the Honourable Yves-Marie Morissette, J.A.
