With more than 30 years of experience, Josée specializes in securities law. She established paralegal services for the Capital Markets practice when she joined the firm.

Josée assists lawyers in document drafting, review and research in connection with public and private financings, takeover bids and normal course issuer bids, compliance with continuous disclosure requirements, early warning requirements, exchange listings, due diligence reviews and securities legislation.

She assists clients on securities law matters and regulatory filings and is responsible for regulatory filings through SEDAR, SEDI, TSX SecureFile and NRD. Josée monitors national and provincial securities legislation to inform lawyers of changes, and maintains the Securities practice precedents and data banks.

Additionally, she provides ongoing training and support to students, stagiaires and paralegals.
