Jessie is developing a diverse corporate and employment and labour practice.

Jessie has assisted on a range of transactions, including private mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate reorganizations, corporate governance, corporate financings and other corporate matters. She has also assisted on various labour and employment matters, including daily employment and labour matters, regulatory compliance, executive compensation, human rights and related litigation.

Prior to joining Davies, Jessie spent five years teaching college mathematics in Hamilton and Toronto concurrently with her undergraduate and legal studies.
