Jason is developing a broad corporate practice.

Jason has assisted on a range of transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, financings, public-private partnerships, corporate tax reorganizations, insolvencies and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Davies, Jason was the editor-in-chief of the Dalhousie Journal of Legal Studies and served as Vice President-Academic on the Dalhousie Law Students' Society.
