Ivana leads our knowledge management program for the Toronto office and is responsible for Davies’ knowledge management strategic direction, programs and infrastructure. She works with our lawyers on a variety of initiatives aimed at leveraging the firm’s internal resources to deliver greater value to clients, focusing on excellence in quality, consistency and efficiency. Ivana also heads our various initiatives on Davies’ pricing and process improvement strategy, with a view to creating new solutions, improving existing processes and ultimately meeting client objectives. Before assuming this role, Ivana practised for over five years in our corporate and securities group, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance.
