Anisha is developing a broad litigation practice, including class action defence in competition and securities matters.

Anisha also assists clients with shareholder and M&A disputes, contractual disputes and investigations. Her practice has included work in telecommunications, technology, infrastructure and the automotive industry. She has also worked on a number of pro bono cases.

Prior to joining Davies, Anisha worked in the Toronto office of a prominent global law firm.
