The Ontario Securities Commission regulates Ontario’s capital markets including overseeing the Toronto Stock Exchange, with a critical mandate to protect investors and to ensure fair, efficient and competitive markets. Patricia will continue in her leading practice in M&A, shareholder activism and corporate governance.
