What surprised you the most about Davies during the interview process?

I was very surprised by how personalized and genuine the process is. One might expect the opposite from a firm that places such a strong emphasis on excellence, but it is actually a testament to the firm's lean structure and the significant collegiality found here.

Why are you interested in practising law?

The continuous learning. Laws evolve, issues change and each client brings with them a new reality. Each case pushes you to reinvent yourself and see things from a new perspective. It is a career in constant motion, and that is precisely what excites me.

Which fictional character do you identify with the most?

Jean Valjean in Les Misérables. His path to redemption, his relentless quest for justice and his humanity in the face of past mistakes deeply inspire me. Like Valjean, I believe it is always possible to reinvent oneself and make a positive difference in the world.
