Rob is developing a diverse corporate practice.

He has assisted clients on a variety of transactions, including public and private capital markets offerings, financings and mergers and acquisitions. He also assists clients in insolvency, corporate reorganizations, asset sales and acquisitions, and proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.

Rob is also a guest lecturer at Western Law. Prior to joining Davies, he worked at another large law firm in Toronto.
