Nathalie assists lawyers in the Corporate Services Group with documenting the constitution, organization, amendment and dissolution of corporations and non-profit organizations.

She reviews corporate articles and updates minute books and corporate records, such as resolutions, declarations and annual returns. Nathalie coordinates all requests for similar filings in jurisdictions outside Québec.

Nathalie also assists lawyers in drafting and assembling documents for closings.
