Melanie is Deputy Managing Partner in the Toronto office. She works closely with our Management Committee to drive business priorities and align our practices and operations with our client-service goals. Working directly with our teams responsible for lawyer development, pricing and project management, and client service, Melanie ensures their efforts are aligned with the firm’s client and business priorities. Before assuming this role, Melanie practised at the firm in the areas of corporate and banking law.
