With more than 10 years of experience, Marie-Claude is responsible for maintaining the records of federal and Québec corporations and partnerships.

Marie-Claude specializes in preparing documents for legal persons and partnerships, for the purpose of, for example, registrations, incorporations, amendments, continuances, amalgamations, dissolutions, rollovers and estate freezing. She also reviews minute books and various agreements as well as drafts audit reports.

Marie-Claude assists lawyers in preparing closing agendas and assembling documents relating to tax reorganizations and commercial closings. Additionally, she trains corporate paralegals and reviews various procedures implemented by the Corporate Services Group.
