With more than three decades of experience, Linda maintains records for federal and Québec corporations for the Corporate Services Group.

She prepares various documents for legal persons and for partnerships ‒ namely, registrations, incorporations, amendments, continuances, amalgamations, dissolutions, rollovers and arrangements. Linda coordinates all requests for similar filings in jurisdictions outside of Québec.

She also assists lawyers in drafting and assembling documents required for closings; reviews minute books and unanimous shareholder agreements; and drafts audit reports.
