As the Senior Director of Legal Affairs and Knowledge Management for the Montréal office, Laurence is responsible for our risk management and knowledge management strategy and initiatives.
Her team oversees all internal risk-management processes, ensures the advancement of our knowledge management systems, and its leading pricing, process improvement and legal project management initiatives that contribute to increasing the value of the services we deliver to our clients.
Laurence is a founding member of the Montréal Council of Legal Knowledge Management Professionals and remains actively involved in the organization.
