Jesany develops legal content and knowledge management strategies to increase efficiencies and deliver outstanding, timely client service.

As Knowledge Management Counsel, Jesany develops knowledge management content, including drafting and enhancing precedents and other resource materials that streamline client service delivery. She works closely with lawyers in the firm’s Corporate and Securities groups to identify and gather new valuable knowledge resources, and to ensure our existing collections of precedents and research materials stay current and aligned with clients’ evolving needs. Jesany also participates in the design, evaluation, training and advancement of tools and systems to share knowledge across practice groups.

Before joining Davies, Jesany practised as a corporate and securities lawyer at two international law firms, in New York and Miami, and at the Toronto office of a leading Canadian law firm.
