As executive director of our Montréal office, Dominique oversees and provides strategic direction in finance, accounting, human resources, information technology, and library and office services. Drawing on her extensive experience in operations management, Dominique effectively guides the day-to-day operations, management and planning in the Montréal office and acts as a liaison with the firm’s other offices. She works closely with team leaders to develop and maintain platforms and tools that maximize efficiency and drive client value.

Before joining Davies, Dominique was a partner at one of the world’s largest human resources consulting firms, where she occupied various leadership and senior operational positions.
