Manager, Student Programs & Development Initiatives

As Manager of Student Programs & Development Initiatives in Montréal, Alexandra is responsible for overseeing the Montréal office’s student and stagiaire programs, including recruitment, orientation, training and mentoring. Alexandra provides insight on the strategic direction of all student-related activities and projects, developing goals and practices to support the growth and advancement of our legal talent in Montréal. She works closely with students to provide advice on career development and performance management, and regularly liaises with law schools and the Barreau du Québec. In addition, Alexandra is responsible for the implementation of a range of office-wide professional development programs and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

Alexandra is a member of several firm committees, including the Montréal Student Committee and the Student/Stagiaire Evaluation Committee. Outside of the firm, she serves on the Research Ethics Committee of St. Mary's Research Centre in Montréal.
