Clients rely on Matt’s expansive knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, which spans a variety of industries. He advises US and international buyers on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private investments with a particular focus on private equity and sovereign wealth funds.
Matthew was recognized by The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch in Mergers and Acquisitions in 2023 and was named an emerging leader in the “40 under 40” category by The M&A Advisor in 2022.
Prior to joining Davies, Matthew was a partner at the New York office of a large international law firm.
