Continuing the firm’s tradition of supporting McGill's Faculty of Law, Davies will fund the L.E.X. Outreach Program. Designed to engage youth from communities that face systemic barriers to education and are under-represented in Canadian law schools and the legal profession, the program pairs small groups of McGill law students with Montreal-area youth to create a forum where students can discuss legal rights and issues and develop an interest in post-secondary education and legal studies.

Davies is committed to making equity, diversity and inclusion a fundamental component of its culture and to supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives both within and beyond its doors. It is through programs like this that Davies not only gives back to the community, but also creates a more representative student body and ultimately greater diversity in the profession.
