Davies is advising the special committee of the board of directors of Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. in connection with management’s proposed takeover bid for the common shares of Canaccord.
The proposed offer will not formally commence until a takeover bid circular is filed and mailed, and must remain open for acceptance for a minimum of 105 days.
