Davies’ Annual Corporate/Securities Law Moot 2023

On March 10 and 11, students from 14 law schools across Canada competed in the 32nd annual Davies Corporate/Securities Law Moot.

Brown of the Ontario Court of Appeal; The Honourable Justice Andromache Karakatsanis of the Supreme Court of Canada; The Honourable Justice Siobhan Monaghan of the Federal Court of Appeal; The Honourable Justice Michael A. Penny of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List); and Mr. Grant Vingoe, CEO of the Ontario Securities Commission.
