Davies congratulates partner Carol Pennycook for being recognized as one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women by the Women’s Executive Network (WXN). She received the award in the “KPMG Professionals” category, which honours women who play a leadership role in their organizations.

Carol advises clients on matters related to infrastructure, banking, capital markets, mergers & acquisitions and energy. A former member of the firm’s Management Committee, Carol has consistently held roles on key Davies committees.

Carol is a Canadian pioneer in public-private partnerships. As a member of the board of directors and chair of the Investment Committee of PPP Canada, her expertise assisted the Federal Government’s development of innovative P3 projects. Active in the community, she supports a variety of charitable causes and is the co-organizer of a polo charity fundraiser that has raised over one million dollars since its inception 14 years ago.
