Peter Glicklich Inducted into the American College of Tax Counsel

Davies partner Peter Glicklich has been inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel, a rare and prestigious honour bestowed upon Tax counsel in the United States.

Membership in the College is reserved for those at the top of their profession. Fellows are recognized for their extraordinary accomplishments and professional achievements and for their dedication to improving the practice of tax law. The College is a professional association of tax attorneys which limits itself to a maximum of 700 members nationally.  Fellows are required to be nominated by their peers and pass a rigorous screening process before being admitted.

As a member, Peter will aid the College in its mission to improve the tax system through efforts such as providing recommendations to Congress and the Internal Revenue Service for improving the nation’s tax laws and the way that they are interpreted and administered, and providing input into the judicial system by filing “friend of the court” briefs in selected tax cases.
