Why did you choose Davies?

Is there a skill you would like to learn?

To speak with the eloquence of a good litigator! To me, it is a form of discreet excellence. A good lawyer does not seek to dominate, but to make others understand. They express an idea rather than impose it. They possess a mastery of speech, a precision in tone and a respect for rhythm and substance. I would like to learn to speak with that kind of discipline, clarity and presence. It is a skill learned from the best over time – and one I am eager to cultivate.

Is there something about you that we would be surprised to learn?

You may not believe it, but prior to pursuing my studies in law, I completed a vocational diploma in carpentry. Today, I have swapped building plans for legal codes – but I like to think I am still building, just in a different way.
