This year’s guide highlights our recent work on one of Lexpert’s Top 10 Deals of 2019 – Barrick Gold Corporation’s landmark joint venture with Newmont Goldcorp Corporation. The Davies team, led by Melanie Shishler, advised Barrick in this historic accord, which combined the two companies’ respective mining operations in Nevada to create the world’s largest gold-producing complex.
