Fortis vend sa participation dans Waneta Expansion pour 991 millions de dollars

Fortis Inc. a signé avec Columbia Basin Trust et Columbia Power Corporation une entente prévoyant la vente de sa participation de 51 % dans le projet hydroélectrique Waneta Expansion de 335 MW situé en Colombie-Britannique pour environ 1 milliard de dollars.

L’opération a été conclue le 16 avril 2019.

L’équipe de Davies qui a travaillé sur cette opération comprenait Richard Fridman, Jennifer Prieto et Chris Anderson.
