Industrial and Financial Systems, IFS AB (IFS) has entered into a definitive arrangement agreement with Copperleaf Technologies Inc. (Copperleaf), pursuant to which IFS will acquire all the issued and outstanding common shares of Copperleaf. The total equity value of the transaction is approximately C$1.0 billion.
