Nathan Boidman and Peter A. Glicklich on U.S. Bill Attacking Foreign DSTs and UTPR

Davies Senior International Tax Counsel Nathan Boidman and partner Peter A. Glicklich were recently featured in Bloomberg Tax.

They co-authored a piece on H.R. 3665, or the “Defending American Jobs and Investment Act.” This proposed legislation could, if adopted, indirectly compel other countries (including Canada) that have subscribed to OECD Pillars to drop digital services taxes (DSTs) and the undertaxed profit rule (UTPR).
