Shahar advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of commercial transactions, including securities offerings, financings, public and private mergers and acquisitions, and other general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Davies, Shahar practised corporate law in Israel for nine years, both as a legal adviser to the Israeli Defense Forces and as a commercial litigator at a top Israeli law firm. During that time, she represented leading multinational and local corporations in various commercial and antitrust disputes before all levels of court.

Acted for International Imaging Materials, Inc., a leading developer and manufacturer of value-added consumable solutions for industrial and medical applications and a portfolio company of Altus Capital Partners, in its sale to ACON Investments, LLC.
