For nearly 30 years, Nathalie’s practice has focused on helping clients manage and resolve audit and appeal disputes with provincial and federal tax authorities. She has extensive experience representing corporate and individual clients on all aspects of tax litigation matters relating to income tax, goods and services tax, provincial sales tax, tax avoidance and mining tax. Over the course of her career, Nathalie has earned the trust of clients ranging from multinational corporations to closely held businesses, high-net worth individuals, trusts and estates.

Prior to joining Davies, Nathalie practised tax litigation at a tax boutique and a major Canadian law firm. She previously worked as a senior tax lawyer for the Federal Department of Justice.
