As a senior paralegal in the Corporate Services Group, Catia is responsible for maintaining the records of federal and Québec corporations.

She prepares documents for legal persons and partnerships ‒ including registrations, incorporations, share provisions, amendments of articles, continuances, amalgamations, dissolutions, arrangements, rollovers and estate freezes.

Catia also prepares closing agendas and drafts and assembles documents required for closing of transactions; reviews minute books and unanimous shareholder agreements; and drafts audit reports. She coordinates all requests for similar filings in jurisdictions outside of Québec.

Catia trains corporate paralegals and corporate assistants, as well as drafts and reviews precedents for the Corporate Services Group.
