Anne brings more than three decades’ experience to her role as a paralegal in the Corporate Services Group.

She is responsible for the maintenance of records for Québec-based and federal corporations and partnerships, including extraprovincial registrations, incorporations, fundamental changes, amalgamations, dissolutions, rollovers and audit of corporate records.

As a senior paralegal, Anne assists lawyers with corporate transactions. Additionally, she trains corporate paralegals and drafts and reviews precedents for the Corporate Services Group.
