Acted for First Capital Realty Inc. in its sale of Place Laval Élysée, a 63,500 sq. ft. neighbourhood plaza on Samson Boulevard, in the Chomedey district of Laval, anchored by the 26,000 sq. ft. Supermarché PA, a grocery store; the property is also serviced by a freestanding Tim Hortons and by Pharmaprix.
