Elisa Kearney Named Secretary-Treasurer of the Competition Law Executive

Davies partner Elisa Kearney has been appointed to serve as Secretary-Treasurer on the Canadian Bar Association’s Competition Law Section Executive.

In her new role, Elisa will lend her expertise in supporting the Section’s mission to promote legal and policy analysis, dialogue, education, diversity and leadership among Canadian competition law practitioners.

Elisa is widely recognized for her vast knowledge in all areas of competition and antitrust law, including merger controls, cartel investigations, reviewable conduct, misleading advertising and litigation. She is consistently ranked in numerous publications, including Chambers Global, Chambers Canada, The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and The Best Lawyers in Canada. In 2016, she was the only Canadian lawyer recognized in the Global Competition Review’s “40 under 40” list.
