Highlights of our recent work include advising tZERO in its US$250-million offering of security tokens by way of a Simple Agreement for Future Equity; Triage Technologies Inc., an AI-powered digital health company, in various corporate and commercial matters, including financings, intellectual property licensing and customer arrangements; and Quad-Fi Inc., an AI-enabled online lender, in its initial product design, funding, terms of use, privacy policy and regulatory compliance.

Presented by the Digital Finance Institute on November 18 in Toronto, the Canadian FinTech and AI Awards brought together over 3,000 attendees from the banking, legal, finance, tech, startup and blockchain communities to celebrate achievements in Canadian innovation.
