Mark’s deep familiarity with public pension funds, stemming from his extensive experience advising from both the outside and the inside, will help situate our firm as trusted advisors to this growing group of international dealmakers. Mark’s expertise extends across the full spectrum of pensions and benefits law, from the structuring and design of public and private plans and pension fund investments to the pensions and benefits aspects of corporate transactions and reorganizations.
