We are pleased to welcome our new partner, Mark Firman, to our Pensions, Employment & Executive Compensation practice.

Mark brings a unique blend of in-depth knowledge and perspective to the firm, having served for several years as director and legal counsel at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. Mark’s deep familiarity with public pension funds, stemming from his extensive experience advising from both the outside and the inside, will help situate our firm as trusted advisors to this growing group of international dealmakers. Mark’s expertise extends across the full spectrum of pensions and benefits law, from the structuring and design of public and private plans and pension fund investments to the pensions and benefits aspects of corporate transactions and reorganizations.

Based in our Toronto office, Mark will join Jessica Bullock in providing strategic counsel and growing our thought leadership in this dynamic area.
